Shadow Chasers

Created for the Adelaide Game Developers - Arcade Game Jam 2021 (Theme: Light in the Dark). Designed to be played with a joystick.

Shadow Chasers is a Pacman style game of hunting and being hunted. You must survive the night in the forest with just the light of your tablet to guide you. 

Throughout the night, the darkness will envelop you while you search for small statues for points and batteries to charge the flashlight on your tablet. 

Shadowlings will call out when they catch your scent and hunt you through the night. They can only be out maneuvered or defeated with your flashlight. 

Survive the night, defeat the Shadowlings and gather the metal pigeons to gain the highest score with bragging rights on the old school arcade scoreboard.
